Our new practice website has been designed to provide information about the practice and also about the medical services we offer. If you're a patient registered with the practice, you'll also find important information about practice procedures and policy, along with up-to-date news and announcements from the practice.

How to Join the Practice
To join the
practice please call in or contact us for the
appropriate forms. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire about your
general health and an appointment will be made for you to see the Practice Nurse
for a general check up and discussion about the completed questionnaire.
Our Practice boundary covers the areas of Caerphilly, Senghenydd, Abertridwr, Rudry, Nantgarw and Trecenydd.
