May 2010 Repeat Prescriptions. Due to increasing demands on our
telephones, and in Line with LHB prescribing policies, we no longer accept
routine requests by telephone for prescriptions.
To
Order -
Use medication request slips provided with prescriptions
or at the surgery to clearly indicate what items are required and order at
the surgery or via your pharmacy.
Please allow 48hrs (working days) from receipt of request for your
request to be processed. Please only request medication when they are
due. Requests may also be faxed.
1st
April 2010 Shirley Retires.
Shirley Turner our
Practice Manager, who has worked at the practice for over 34 years has
retired. The Partners and Staff thank Shirley for her long service and commitment
to the practice, and wish her a very happy retirement.
We also welcome Shirley’s replacement, Mr. Andrew
Langley, an experienced Practice Manager who has spent over 20 years in
Primary care related posts.
